Fabric of upto Rs. 300 per meter is included in the price. In case the fabric selected by the customer is costlier than Rs. 300 per meter, then the customer will be charged the difference in the price of the fabric so selected.

We also sell individual furniture pieces and manufacture custom made furniture as per your specifications for your home.

Urban Homez furniture carries one year warranty against any manufacturing defect.

Commercial Terms:

3BHK Furniture Package: Rs. 650,000/-

The package price is excluding VAT and Cartage. VAT at the applicable rate shall be charged extra. Cartage and unloading labour charges shall be extra.

Payment Terms:

·         60% at the time of placing the order.

·         40% once the furniture is ready for inspection and before delivery.
